Call from this number to "confirm that everything I said during a call with Washington Mutual on 12/22/08 was still true".

Dear me2,

Are you saying that it is Washington Mutual that is calling?  I have a credit card with them, but it's up to date.  I'm mainly annoyed because they keep hanging up before I get to yell at them.

These idiots have called four times in the past two hours, starting at 6:20 a.m.  My caller ID only says "Call Center".  When I answer the phone, they hang up.  When I called back, I got a recording that "this number is no longer in service--please hang up and try your call again".  
I did a reverse phone lookup on 411.com, and it said this number is a Land Line from Brooks Fiber Comm., Bridgeport, CT.
