Computer-generated and/or recorded msg claiming to be the IRS, "filing a lawsuit against you."  Same message as they left about 4 months ago calling from a different number (480-286-9742).

Not really the IRS -- they will never call you.  Just scammers trying to steal your money.  Do not call them back.

Fraud!  The IRS will contact you VIA Postal Service.
