I went to this url http://binarydealer.com/binary8/, they list +44 203 769 0183 as being their number, if you stay on site the chat line opens and you an give the person on the other end the details, I was told it would be attended to. Getting calls at 3:30 AM Central African Time is no joke when it occurs night after night.

I receive that phone number: 44-203-769-0183. Every late at night by 11:3- midnight, every early morning, sometimes right in the middle of my sleep. I have to make arrangement not to have my phone in my bedroom, because of this harassment. I took the phone twice and the person stays for a minute and hung up. Why would someone spent his time doing that. I live in Canada. This area code is in Europe. This must stop
