I got a call from this guy who is very polite but catches me off guard.  He asks if my house is still available or if I was able to sell it.  I always think he's another agent calling to show the house.  When I give him the status of the house I ask his name and he hangs up!  I tried calling the number back and I get voice mail, of course.  He says his name is Colby and to leave a message.  I left a message alright.  I instructed him to call my realtor and that I would be letting her know about him.  I won't fall for this again.

This guy Jason has called 4 times, three days in a row at the same time in the morning. He has the same speech, sorry I'm calling you so early.
He asks if our houseis on the market. It is, when we tell him to call the realtor, he hangs up before we are able to give him the realtors number. If he is interested then why doesn't he call the realtor? He just called again and I asked what he really wants, he doesn't have an answer.
