Rec'd call, definite recording, but programmed to answer your question because I asked if he was a recording and he kept talking, but then paused, reprogrammed, and answered me saying "you are talking to a real person, but I am using a computer to communicate to me".  He was looking for donations for State Police. I called CT State Police, and they said it's false, they never solicit money.  I reported the phone number.
