Called up with a very friendly message on voice mail, did not say where he was from. Now the call comes every day, with no message. Tried calling back and got a busy signal, telling me that its a "bolier room". Thoughts?

I got a similar call from "Tony Russo" asking me to call back, but left no message.  Sounded like a personal call, but I don't know anyone with that name.  Like Buck said, probably a boiler room.

They are con artists, claim they are collecting for the Police Athletic Union, or some crsap. Cops here say they are scam artists.

Yup...this is a CT telemarketer for the local Police Athletic League. Caller ID doesn't note that....they try to be cute and come in as a "personal call".

They never leave a message but it's a fundraiser for the Waterbury, CT Police Athletic League.
