I get calls atleast once a day even n weekends from this number stating to re-fill my prescription. I have never ordered a prescription from them! Ive asked them to stop calling, but they continue..

i get calls daily also, telling me that my refill is ready, when you ask them to stop calling they ignore it, i have even threatned with legal action and they continue.  I thought this fell under the no call list for telemarketers?

I have been getting calls from this number for months asking for someone that has never lived here.  I have told them no one by that name lives here,  I have asked them to quit calling at least 100 times.  They continue to call and ask for the same person. I have already ripped the phone off the wall. I had to put it back because I have a relative in the hospital and she is not expected to live much longer, If I get one more call from these people I'm going to commit suicide. That is probably the only way I can be free of these people. If they would learn to speak english it would help.
