Same as other comments, comes up as Greenwich, CT--thank heaven for Caller ID--never answer these calls. Just block the number.

I have been receiving calls from this number 203 580 3521 more than 100 times a day, and it's being disrupting my business calls..I've changed my number and also blocked it but they still managed to leave messages.

I've received 1500 calls from this number 203 580 3521 in one month.I block it with my provider, change the number but still receiving messages. It's interrupted all my business calls and I'm really mad about it.

Called 10 times in three days. Very irritating. They don't leave a message on answering machine.
