Guy calls from 203-491-4308 and tells me inquired about higher learning. I did no such thing. When I tried to tell him this he just kept talking over me until I hung up. Definitely some type of phishing scam. This is the second call of this type I have received but from totally different sources. The other was from California while this one is from Connecticut.
