Cold call from a busy boiler room operation (that sounded like it was off-shore and not in Connecticut). I didn't catch the company name but it was something Capital. They were selling small business loans. I blocked the number.

Called again. Very off-shore call center sound. There's a pause after you answer before they pick up the line. And badly mis-pronounce the name of the person they're looking for.
I was busy and didn't have the time to indulge this kind of time-waster and hung up on him.

I own a small business. They have called every 45 minutes for 3 days straight. When I answer, there are 3 beeps and then it hangs up, I have called back and it goes straight to a busy signal. I hate these people
