I am getting the same number on my cell and they are not leaving a message and when I call back they dont pick up! What is up with that!

Calls every day to my cell phone - no message! It's been weeks now. I won't answer out of principal. Reputable people leave messages. Google search shows Branford, CT?? Anyone else having this??
