I answered the call since it showed up on Caller ID as a local number, but I said nothing and heard nothing. After about 30 seconds a male voice with an Indian accent called out my first name several times. There were call center sounds in the background. I said nothing. Then for several minutes I heard several people speaking what could have been an Indian dialect to one another, which I could not decipher. Finally the caller hung up.
