anyone keep getting calls from these jerks?

Said that my online application for a health insurance had been preapproved and to call them back to go over the options. I had not filled out an online application.

when they found out I was too young for medicare they hung up and I couldn't get through again- the voice in the hold music would say good-bye after 5 min on hold.

These scammers are relentless.  Why don't they get arrested already!

SPAM CALLER's very pleasant-sounding message says:  "Hello, this is Rachel with the health enrollment center, your online application for health insurance is been pre-approved. Please give us a call back to review your options. Our toll free number is 1(203) 437-4275."  
 
I'm over 65.  It sounds like "Rachel" bought my name from AARP or some other list of old people and now I've been marked as an easy target.

I got the same message for the same reason as the other called person. a pre approval messatge. my caller id showed a milwaukee wisconsin number. did a look up on the wisconsin number and 203-437-4275 showed up. scam artists
