Some lady told me I took out a payday loan from a company "checkonto cash" and defaulted on it and they want $598. Couldn't make out her name.

I asked her, e-mail me a contract, she said that the company already did. E-mail me a copy of the collection letter, she said that the collection company already did. What is the name of the collection company, said it was various collection companies and I should have the letter. That if I didn't pay, they would civil sue me for $598 plus $1400 litigation fees.

I'm sure those that read this have had these scam calls too. She said it's from 2010 and I should have the paperwork and to either pay her or they are going to civil sue me. I told her to serve me, I'll go to court. I've been getting these calls off and on for years. I haven't had one in nearly a year and thought they'd finally go away :(
