Energy company telling me about my electric bill and getting it reduced/changed and wanted info... only info I gave was that he was a scammer because although my phone starts with (203) I live in CA!

Indian man's voice trying to recite some law from Massachusetts and asked me to look at energy bill and said that he wasn't going to change anythingask me to look at where there was a mandate.. There is nothing mandated on a bill. Idk exactly what he wanted BC I just hung up.. Couldn't be bothered listening to the bs anymore.
