Some type of Time Share I think.
The woman that called had a loud and extremely shrill voice. Like fingernails on a chalkboard. She spoke so fast I really could not understand her with that horrific voice.

A woman with a profoundly annoying voice shilling some kind of scam. She'll do the "can you hear me?" trick to try to get you recorded as saying "yes," too. Super shady - avoid.
