PLEASE keep us updated on your idea of penalties against American telephone carriers.   Please instruct all of us on what you believe we should be doing NOW.  Something would have to be passed in order for us to follow-up with the police department, with them then issuing citations/heavy fines to the phone companies, etc.  

Keep us posted on your results and what you think our next steps should be.

Called but I didn't answer.  They left a garbled partial message with background noise.  My call back got the standard phone company "we're sorry... no longer in service" message.  Scam!!

Something weird:  When the call first came in, I could swear C I D showed a 201 area code (which is why I didn't answer) but when it went to message, it changed to 203.  The 201 # did not stay on C I D so I couldn't check that.  I suppose I could be mistaken but is that possible?
