I just got the same phone call today.    Besides 203-347-5717, the other number they use is 203-347-5726.   Not sure if we can catch these people or at least stop them from doing this stupid calls to others again.

I just got a call from the same number.  She told me my taxes were audited and I owed money.  She said because I did not pay, there is now a warrant for my arrest.  She identified herself as Maria Jordan, but has an Indian accent.

Same here. A lady called me and said she is the investigator. If I don't settle the money I owed to IRS today and if I hanged up the call police will show up on my door within 30 mins. She then transferred me to talk to her supervisor another Indian guy. And he asked me if I have enough money in my bank to pay today and I told him to ask my husband. It is a spam call I believe.

I had the call from the same number too. Eva Adams who claims to be the senior officer of investigation dept @ IRS told me that I owe taxes due to miscalculations being found on my tax returns for the past 3 years!! She has also said that since I didn't reply to the mail that was sent to me a month ago, there's a warrant issued for my arrest. WOW. I was completely speechless. However, she had an indian accent and as soon as she said checking account / credit card information - I hang up on her cause I knew it was a scam.

same thing person called me too, and I found out "no government agency will use the phone to contact you"
