I received a call that said that I am under federal investigation. If I do not call back, an agent will be at my doorstep with a warrant. Anyone received such calls?

Who did they claim to be? There's not enough info here to advise or determine whats happening. Information given has a lot to do with what your caller claimed to be.

Seems like garden variety Indian or Pakistani law or IRS scammer to me. Federal judges only issue warrants against parties named in indictments. You'd have to be the subject of an indictment to get a warrant out against you by a federal judge. If you were named in an indictment you'd be aware of it because it would take grand jury proceeding to produce an indictment.
The call is stupid but it is similar to those ridiculous e-mail "warrants" that people are getting telling them all sorts of bad things will happen unless you call a certain number. Total scam.
yes i got the same call :( and its scam , because she told me that the police will be in 30 minute on my doorstep , but in fact no one came

Received 2 calls from 203 340 6842 and caller was Jake Jones claiming he is an IRS agent and there is a warrant for my arrest. The guy had a strong Indian accent.
Received a second call from 203 347 5726 and caller was a Philippino accent lady claiming the same thing.
I called the city office to report this and the lady told me that she her self got the same call. Advised to ignore.
