What company or individual is this?

I just received my third call from this number.  On my telephone ID it reads "Connecticut New" and a quick look on Google it lists this number belonging to "Florida Connecticut Post" in Bridgeport, CT.  I don't subscribe to the CT Post and the caller immediately hangs up.
