Call center sounds in the background. Overseas caller claims he is from Dell and is an IT manager who must speak with Employee X about a software package. Demands "X's" cell phone number and gets --shall we say--less than professional. Not exactly rude, no profanity, but challenges the switchboard over not getting through. I eventually hung up on him.

I doubt all claims being made by the caller. They are not from Dell nor are they an IT manager.
