LMVM that they were calling from "Account Services" and that I had filled out a sweeps form a few months ago.  They left the 203 number to call them.  I did not.  Most likely a scam call.

They said they it was "Account Services" and they were calling about a sweepstakes form from a few months ago. Received call while overseas so I was charged international rate.

I did not pick up on this unknown number.

Also did not pick up on this unknown Connecticut number. Call made sometime in November.
