Didn't pick up. They called last night and hung up after four rings; tonight (@7pm) I simply let it ring, even though it rang more than 20x !!!

This pain in the backside outfit phoned 4 times within 20 minutes yesterday. Caller ID says Cheshire CT. Since I don't recognize the caller, I don't answer the call. Why would anyone answer it? Don't waste your time.

Called me 4 times and then i called back since they didnt answer my hello. When i called they said this number is not in service

The call ended with 'Cox Communications' and busy signal beeps...
