caller id says Anthem Blue Cross, which appears to be a insurance shopping hub? https://www.anthem.com/health-insurance/home/overview  No message, call back number is not in service.

Received call from this number. Caller ID identified Anthem Blue Cross. Couldn't understand the person on the other line but he definitely didn't identify himself as calling on behalf of Anthem Blue Cross.  Sounded like an unsolicited sales call to me for some cable service company.
Told him to take my number of his call list and NOT to call back.
This was a couple months ago.
Called the number today after seeing this and noticed it is no longer in service.
