He knew information about my dog's breeder Anne Crocker and how I am having issues getting AKC papers from these breeders. How would he know this?!!?! He is very hard to understand and it is clearly some kind of scam because when I asked him over and over who he was he hung up on me and now it goes straight to a broken-english voicemail.
