It's most likely a SKYPE # or some sort of VoIP, considering how random the companies are, that are on the dialing end.

Guy with a heavy accent (sounded Puerto Rican) indicated that he's form CTI Security screening applications for Spring PCS and someone opened a cell phone account # with my name and information.  Since I was previously the victim of ID theft I was suspicious and agreed to nothing.

Just got a call from this number. It took the person on the other end at least 10 seconds to answer my "Hellos".
She said she wanted to speak to the person in charge of our debit and credit machines. I told her we are a radio station so we don't have those. I then asked her what number she just called. She tried to brush me off saying "It's Ok... it's OK". I demanded she tell me what number she called to get through to me. She told me to hold on then came back saying she didn't have the file available to tell her.
[I asked for this information because, a while back, I was getting a (legitimate) lawyers office calling me every day asking for some guy but when I gave them our number, it wasn't the one they had just called.]

I got a call from from this number today and I don't answer numbers I don't know plus it woke my baby up that was napping. I called it back a few minutes later and it said number not in service.

I have received 8 calls from this number (4 were today). I never answer numbers I don't recognize, so I've never talked to anyone. I think its forwarded to a number that's actually disconnected, so when u call back, it goes to that phone. Little sneaks......
