Got a call from this number but they hung up as soon as my wife answered.

I screen all calls,so when answering machine picks up and gives anouncement ,at end of it they hang up.

Rings once a week. Always ask for a person not here then wants info from me. Told them not to call again

They are using numbers which were owned and disconnected by previous parties. How they get to use the numbers I don't know. They are always  hard to understand but selling something. A front man or woman and if interested they will refer a website or give 800 number to call back. I think they get our numbers off the internet, home, business and cell then keep calling them all.

Received call saying they were from an online yellow pages and my company was already doing business with them, and they had a 'prior authorization' from me to advertise 'my listing'. I had never authorized anything, and think they were fishing for information.
