Got a call from this number. A guy saying he was from Microsoft and that I had a problem on my computer, and if I log on he would help me fix it. It's a scam.

Same here. Caller wanted to establish remote connection. Sadly for this mudak, I work in IT & just love playing the "unknowing user" card.  Microsoft will never call you about issues. Scam artist will install some crap remotely, describe it as a virii/malware & then proceed to try & charge you to remove same.
