You can pretty sure that it's not a legitimate company because the exchange (2nd 3 numbers) cannot start with 1 under the NANP (north american numbering plan). The number is likely spoofed and therefore a SCAM. In addition, call back gets, "we're sorry, your number cannot be completed as dialed." That's because of the 1 in the second bank of 3 numbers. It's spoofed...it's a SCAM...BLOCK IT.
