disturbing calls during the day and night

I get a call from this number an average of once a week since about 6 months

3 Calls last night, 1Am, 5:30Am and 6:30Am, pissing me off.  Fax tone only and when you phone back it's a recording with a message "Hi it's Amy, can't come to the phone leave a message.

107 I don't answer any calls like that that I don't recognize because I know they're up to no good and not getting any information from me I am not given them any information about anything so they can just stop calling

The only number that showed up was 107 no other numbers it's a scam don't pick up your phone don't give me any information about anything I feel if the government can hack into somebody's phone I phone the government should be able to find out who all these people are calling us trying to scam us
