What are these calls starting with a +sign--have gotten two of them and have not answered--
+203030303 and +33475066983

i had received a call from 203030303. So I answered after the third time calling. They told me about a grant I was able to receive but needed to call 202-657-5147 to speak to their accounting supervisor or something along those lines. So before heading to a western union I came here and looked up the number and saw your post as well. Look up the 202-657-5147 and you will see many more complaints from these scammers.

I'm getting calls in the night after 11 PM from past 4 days from "0037178988056" and "0037178988095". Please let me who the hell is calling me.

I just got a call from them as well, I posted it on facebook about the nice little chat I had with them after they had called me 2 times. Here ya go.

If you get a call from a number from 203030303, do not answer it. I just recently (Within the last 5 minutes) and they insisted they were from the U.S Government. When I told them that they were not from the US Government he said it was not a scam and that I could be arrested. I proceeded to tell him to send the police or "FBI" to my house and I will be waiting with a smile on my face with my hands extended to be cuffed. His response there after was priceless. He said "Who do you think you are, hu? Who the [***] do you think you are? Do you want to die? Huu? Do you want to die?" I gave him my address, city, area code and told him to have at it. :| So there is my adventure tonight, a number that is masked by some idiot with a phone mask so it can not be called back.
So do not answer the call guys, well unless you want a really good laugh and want to be threatened with death.
