Suddenly getting persistent calls from this number. Saying it's a publishing company. It's driving me nuts.

I live in Norway, and this number contacted me as well. However, I got the call from Germany. Moreover, when I tried calling back, it was not a real number. Is ths a number it would be safe to call?

it is xlbris publishing. I too made an enquiry re book writing 12 months ago & told them no more calls. However had another call yesterday here in Australia
