No Caller ID except the ph#. They left no message. When I called back (2x) via Skype, the number hangs up w/o even ringing. Thought they were calling about my "Landholt for Congress" page on Facebook talking about why most Americans don't owe income taxes but men are too cowardly to contact me and support me and our Texas county sheriffs to go against the IRS.

Left recorded message offering to reduce credit card interest. Totally unsolicited. Must be a scam.

I called back a couple of times.  It came from Washington DC, I had originally assumed it may have been in response to some political comments I had made on twitter and/or facebook (I won't go into it here).  The phone number is basically a dead end, all I get is a busy signal and then it hangs up.  I tried 3 times but it was the same each time.
