Someone left vm (they sounded drunk) could barely understand them but was able to hear something about I was being sued for fraud but I could call them and handle it outside of court... Just so everyone knows...this is illegal practice and a call like this is FRAUD itself. Do not ever give any information to anyone over the phone.

Why do people do things like this??? Leave people alone. I received a call from Richard and Scott telling me I had committed a crime and had an intent to never pay off a payday loan. I filed bankruptcy and Identify theft. A DETECTIVE from the jail called me to give me booking information stated I would need to spend 15-30 days in jail.

They do it because they want to scare you into paying them
It is called extortion.
