Call from Cash Bank USA saying qualified for $5000 loan, amounts change want bank info so they can deposit into your acct. Are very persistent, have reported to BBB. FTC, No Call

I just received a call from 202-864-1731 stating his name was Jack Bolson calling from the Tax department.  This is the 3rd time i have received a fraudulent call from this number stating that they will take action against me if I do not pay them.  This is not the IRS, the IRS does not make house calls.
