And what makes this scam even worse is that on my caller ID the number shows up as coming from Washington DC. Spread the word that the IRS will never, ever, call you on the telephone.

Automated system stating this my final notice and to call the 202 864 1328 number back. Says that this is the IRS.

Automated call saying it was my final notice (only) and suit was being filed against me. If the IRS was filing, there would be a ton of mail leading up to it.

Scammer. I never answer calls listed on caller id as "Private Caller". Listened to voicemail & heard a scratchy recording, female voice stating "The IRS is filing a suit against you. Call 202-864-1328"
Thankfully, we owe no one but the mention of IRS is unsettling.
