Officer Jessica Rolland.  "Issue at hand is extremely time sensitive...now if you don't return the call and if I don't hear from your attorney either...then the only thing I can do is wish you a good luck as the situation badly ?? on you...again this message is for you and this is officer Jessica Rolland from internal revenue service department...good bye and take care."  I included the grammatical errors verbatim.  Literally almost sounds like an automated voice.

I recieved an automated message from a lady with a thick indian accent whom identified herself as an IRS agent Jessica Roland. The recording informed me to call her back 1-202-864-1313 immediatley 'or unfortunate circumstances rain down on me' I actually called the number back and it just rang and rang. I googled the real number to the IRS and it didnt match, and the IRS picked up immediatley with an automated answering service. This call was definatley fraud.

The supposed IRS officer "Roland" just called my cell phone; female voice, speaks with a heavy accent.  I receive repeated calls from this scammer.

Got a call stating that it's a important matter but did not state the name who the message was going to
