The number you are reporting is listed as being provided by a company called "Local Access LLC." It is not the company that is doing the calling (they just supply the number), and it is possible that, with number portability, the phone number could have been switched to another completely different provider. But if you want to file an actual report, I would suggest filing one with your local FBI office, because, based on your description, your caller may be impersonating a law enforcement officer and/or attempting wire fraud or extortion. If you do report the incident, you can provide this information about issuing a subpoena to Local Access LLC to get information as to who is actually using and paying for the number, or what company it may have been ported to. (But you need to realize that the number on your caller ID may have been spoofed and could belong to someone completely unrelated to your caller.)
