This number calls me at all hours.  They claim I have a government grant waiting for me.  They just need my date of birth and social security number to verify!  You cannot call the number back, you will get a message that it is a non-working number.  The voices that have spoken to me in several occasions sound like they are from the South African continent.  They state they are located in Washington D. C. But can't answer which part of the city they are located.  These guys really think we are stupid.
