They said the same thing to me I'm guessing it's not true just a scam they try anything?????

Stated they were from the Department of Treasury and my name was selected because I have never filed bankruptcy and pay my taxes every year.  I am eligible for a grant in the amount of $9.700.00 from the government and I do not have to pay it back.  Wanted my bank account information or I could receive a western union cash in had but I had to by iTunes card and pay $250.00 which would be refunded to me.  They wanted me to call them back once I get the iTunes card
