I received 4 calls in one day claiming to have obtained a Federal Grant for $9k.

This number rings my cell twice a day, claiming they are from the U.S. GOVERNMENT but they speak such poor English, I cannot understand what else they are saying. Personal note: IF THEY  ASK IF THIS IS (YOUR NAME) - NEVER SAY THE WORD "YES" BECAUSE THEY CAN RECORD THAT AND ATTACH IT TO WHATEVER THEY WANT.

You have been chosen to receive a $9,000.00 grant from FEMA. No taxes and you don't have to pay it back. The call was from 202-792-8916 and said just call this number(202-854-0073). I replied that I don't trust doing anything over the phone because when I call back they will charge my phone. He replied, Yes you are getting $9,000.00 you will have to pay something. Scam all the way!! Free is free.

I got a call the other day, but I did not write the phone number down. Telling me the government wants to give me $9000.00 and all I had to do was give them my bank account number or a Visa card number. After talking and telling them I don't give any information over the phone. I would need a check from the government. After the man was trying to get me to give him the information so I could get the $9000.00. Then today I get another phone call from a woman which was hard  to understand, she wasn't good with her at english. I looked at the phone number and it was from 202-854-0073. I tryed calling this number and got a message saying to try the number again. So I did. Several times I tryed calling this number and I was told this number is wrong. Its a scam. SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
