For clarity: the caller from this number called me by my first name, "Hello, SMS?" The man called three times, so I looked the number up, just in case. "appears to be an invalid number"
202 is D.C. I have a few friends there, but this number isn't one of them.

Senate conservatives fund. Called on my cell phone number which until now has received fewer calls than the house phone. No action, no money, no answer. Blocked.
