DID NOT say who he was calling for. You should receive something in the mail before you start getting calls from the IRS.

Called my boyfriend saying he was from the IRS and that he owed $14000. Wanted all his information. Said he was going to call his lawyer and said don't need a lawyer. Had a Spanish accent.
