some prank call claiming I will be arrested, Office of David Johnson, from Internal revenue Dept. ext 127

It wasn't a prank call actually, this is another extortion scam operation..

Caller tried to scare me to pay for tax fraud otherwise I will be arrested.  Pretended to be an IRS officer.  He had and Indian accent and he confirmed that he is Indian. I also received a followup call from a pretend Sheriff that they are sending a car to arrest me.
