I received the same call today. It's completely bogus and a scam. Nothing to stress over, just block them and move on.

'You have a case number of xxxxxxxx and must reply to this number for a federal case or grand jury. This is the second attempt to contact you.' Started with a machine voice in a threatening tone and message said if you don't reply 'good luck'. Sounds like a scam, but no information here. Anyone else get this? On my cell number, and went to voicemail.

Got a similar message from the same number. It's a scam. A real federal agent or whatever these people are pretending to be would send you a formal letter or, more realistically, send police to get you. Not leave you an automated message regarding an alleged "federal offense."
