I have been receiving messages from this phone about a fraud on my income taxes. I haven't talked to anyone but the messages wont stop.

says that police will arrive to arrest within 30 minutes,
then directs victim to send money (over $2000)
via "authorized agency" at a nearby Winn Dixie or Kroger store.
