Call about tax fraud

I received the this call but this is prank call

Received a call posing irs telling me i owe money for tax, i should pay immediately or i will be arrested

They said it was the IRS and we are in trouble for sending money overseas. They said he would go to jail.

There is a fairly common IRS or "tax scam" being practiced by scammers in both Canada and the USA.
