I got an unsolicited call too, but didn't answer since I suspect it's a spam call.

Legit companies don't have an issue providing their caller ID. This scum's caller ID is 'Unassigned'. Safe bet that it is scum calling.

Finally (through much experience) I have discovered that out-of-state calls with odd or vague caller id's are recorded spam or scam messages. I now avoid answering those calls or I pick up and immediately hang up hoping they'll think it's a disconnected or non working number. I'll do anything to avoid listening to their scam & illegal recordings!!!
