this guy that keeps calling claiming that I have been pre selected by the gov't for a large amount of free money and for me to western union him $320.00 yeah right don't be scammed they are calling from india scamming americans

Yes, you were scammed and you will not be able to get your money back. Here is what the FTC says about this scam:
He just called me & said I have 7000 $ my uncle said it was am scam I just want my money!

An unprofessional foreign man just called me saying I was chosen to receive 7,000.00 federal government money that you don't have to pay back. Yeah right! Don't believe this it a SCAM!
