I have missed calls from the number and when I try to call it back i get a computer message saying that they can't take my call and their system does not recognize my phone number. Then the call disconnects.

Called 202-730-0025 back and the recorded message said, "Thank you for calling us back at Publisher's Service. Wait on the line for the next available agent."
Sooo, Yes, SCAM !

Just got a call from 202-730-0025. Didnt answer; I called back once I saw the comments here. It said "Thank you for calling us back at Publisher's Service. Press 2 to be removed from our call list." I didnt press anything. Its obvious if I did I would not be removed. I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST already.
I need to find an app that I can put all these spammers on so I am not bothered by them.

i keep getting phone calls from this number...I was told not to answer due to it being a scam.

The "True Caller" id stated this is a number for "Dept. Justice" - Yeah, I doubt that! I'm not wanted for anything! LOL
